Power Inside Out was born from a shared belief:

 After years leading sales and marketing teams at companies like Microsoft, AWS, Intel, and SC Johnson, we learned something essential — if we had known then what we know now, growth would have been clearer, leadership more human, and results more sustainable.
That insight became our purpose.
