Power Inside Out was born from a shared belief:

 After years leading sales and marketing teams at companies like Microsoft, AWS, Intel, and SC Johnson, we learned something essential — if we had known then what we know now, growth would have been clearer, leadership more human, and results more sustainable.
That insight became our purpose.

Her experience spans leadership roles at SC Johnson and consulting work with clients like PepsiCo and Pegasus Group, and she brings that foundation to both Power Inside Out and Heal Inside Out.
