data-main-rotation=\"0\"><span id=\"p3R_mc17\" class=\"markedContent\">Algunas lecciones de liderazgo dejan cicatrices, pero tambi\u00e9n moldean en qui\u00e9n te conviertes. Esta es una de ellas. Y mirando hacia atr\u00e1s, hay mucho que har\u00eda diferente. Pero la perspectiva que obtuve cambi\u00f3 la forma en que lidero para siempre. Y ahora s\u00e9 que esto les sucede a muchos CEOs que impulsan un cambio cultural.<\/span><\/div><div data-main-rotation=\"0\">\u00a0<\/div><div class=\"react-pdf__Page__textContent textLayer\" data-main-rotation=\"0\"><p><span class=\"markedContent\"><span class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"color: #0b4068; font-weight: bold;\" tabindex=\"0\">Enfrentando un Cambio Cultural \u2014 y la Resistencia que Nadie Quer\u00eda Ver<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p id=\"ember868\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Cuando una empresa quiere crecer, su cultura debe crecer tambi\u00e9n. Eso significa elevar las expectativas, centrarse m\u00e1s profundamente en los clientes y pedirle al equipo que suba de nivel.<\/p><p id=\"ember869\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Pero el cambio no es c\u00f3modo. Algunos se adaptan. Algunos se retiran discretamente. Y algunos se resisten \u2014 y se niegan a ver lo que necesita cambiar.<\/p><p id=\"ember870\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Este no es solo un desaf\u00edo para el CEO; cualquiera que lidere un equipo a trav\u00e9s de una transformaci\u00f3n puede enfrentarlo.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">Me pas\u00f3 a m\u00ed. Vi las se\u00f1ales de advertencia incluso antes de unirme a esa empresa. En cuatro de seis entrevistas, los l\u00edderes me preguntaron:<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"react-pdf__Page css-171\" data-page-number=\"2\"><div class=\"react-pdf__Page__textContent textLayer\" data-main-rotation=\"0\"><p><span class=\"markedContent\"><span class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"color: #0b4068; font-weight: bold;\" tabindex=\"0\">\"\u00bfQu\u00e9 har\u00edas si tuvieras que despedir a un empleado?\"<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p id=\"ember873\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">No fue casual. Fue una advertencia.<\/p><p id=\"ember874\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Y una vez dentro de la empresa, la realidad era clara:<\/p><ul><li>El cambio estaba atrasado.<\/li><li>Un empleado se movi\u00f3 inmediatamente a otro rol, sinti\u00f3 lo que se avecinaba.<\/li><li>El verdadero desaf\u00edo eran aquellos que rechazaron firmemente la nueva direcci\u00f3n, a pesar de que la alta direcci\u00f3n estaba de acuerdo en que la transformaci\u00f3n urgente era necesaria.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><p><span id=\"p29R_mc36\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span style=\"color: #0b4068; font-weight: bold;\" tabindex=\"0\">Cuando la Culpa Reemplaz\u00f3 la Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas<\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><\/p><p id=\"ember877\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Lo que m\u00e1s doli\u00f3 no fueron las brechas de rendimiento, <span style=\"color: #0b4068; font-weight: bold;\">fue la negativa a asumir la responsabilidad.<\/span><\/p><p id=\"ember878\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Algunos miembros del equipo decidieron que el problema era yo:<\/p><p id=\"ember879\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">\"Usted no entiende la empresa.\" \"Usted no entiende a nuestros clientes.\" \"Est\u00e1 pidiendo demasiado.\"<\/p><p id=\"ember880\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Y cada vez que presentaba quejas de clientes, tratos perdidos o datos duros, la reacci\u00f3n era predecible: <span style=\"color: #0b4068; font-weight: bold;\">excusas, resistencia o culparme a m\u00ed en lugar de mirar hacia adentro.<\/span><\/p><p id=\"ember881\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Puedes traer cada m\u00e9trica, cada comentario de socio, cada perspectiva del cliente... pero los datos no significan nada cuando alguien se niega a mirarse honestamente en el espejo.<\/p><p><span id=\"p29R_mc87\" class=\"markedContent\" style=\"color: #0b4068; font-weight: bold;\">Decisiones Dif\u00edciles \u2014 y lo que Sucedi\u00f3 Despu\u00e9s <\/span><\/p><p id=\"ember883\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Con el apoyo de mi gerente y Recursos Humanos, finalmente tuvimos que separarnos de algunos miembros del equipo. Fue uno de los pasos m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de mi carrera.<\/p><p id=\"ember884\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Pero lo que sigui\u00f3 lo cambi\u00f3 todo:<\/p><ul><li>El equipo se reconstruy\u00f3 en torno a objetivos compartidos.<\/li><li>Los clientes regresaron.<\/li><li>El rendimiento mejor\u00f3.<\/li><li>Los socios recuperaron la confianza.<\/li><li>Nuevos profesionales de alto rendimiento se unieron y elevaron el list\u00f3n a\u00fan m\u00e1s.<\/li><\/ul><p id=\"ember886\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">La transformaci\u00f3n fue real.<\/p><p id=\"ember887\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph translation-block\">Aun as\u00ed, aquellos que se fueron creyeron que yo era el problema, no sus elecciones, no sus resultados, no su comportamiento.<\/p><p id=\"ember888\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Y para ser justos, yo tampoco era perfecto. Era joven. Estaba aprendiendo. Pero la claridad surgi\u00f3 de esa experiencia.<\/p><p id=\"ember889\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Hoy, creo profundamente esto:<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #0b4068; font-weight: bold;\">La gente merece saber exactamente d\u00f3nde est\u00e1 la brecha \u2014 habilidades, comportamientos o valores \u2014 para que puedan elegir crecer o elegir seguir adelante. La claridad no es un castigo. Es respeto.<\/span><\/p><p id=\"ember891\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #0b4068; font-weight: bold;\">Por qu\u00e9 Sucede la Culpa \u2014 y lo que los L\u00edderes Deben Esperar<\/span><\/p><p id=\"ember892\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">La culpa es humana. La negaci\u00f3n es humana. Y liderar a trav\u00e9s del cambio significa comprender ambas.<\/p><p id=\"ember893\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">El liderazgo en estos momentos no se trata de \"ganar\" con m\u00e9tricas. Se trata de guiar a las personas \u2014 a veces a trav\u00e9s de verdades inc\u00f3modas \u2014 hacia la verdadera rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.<\/p><p id=\"ember894\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Lo que aprend\u00ed es importante:<\/p><ul><li>Utiliza los datos para la claridad, no como un arma.<\/li><li>Dirige las conversaciones dif\u00edciles con empat\u00eda.<\/li><li>Explica por qu\u00e9 el cambio es importante: conecta las expectativas con el valor para el cliente.<\/li><li>Ofrece apoyo y tiempo para mejorar.<\/li><li>Construye una cultura de propiedad.<\/li><li>Mantente alineado con Recursos Humanos y la alta direcci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul><p id=\"ember896\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Estos principios no hacen que la conversaci\u00f3n sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil, pero la hacen justa.<\/p><p id=\"ember897\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #0b4068; font-weight: bold;\">C\u00f3mo Power Inside Out Ayuda a los L\u00edderes a Navegar Estos Momentos<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #0b4068; font-weight: bold;\">Los l\u00edderes que impulsan el cambio necesario a menudo son culpados por el mismo progreso que la empresa necesita.
