Instead of solving complex problems, Daniel now spends his days in meetings, handling administrative tasks, and managing people&#8217;s issues. His technical talents<\/p><p id=\"ember71\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">are underutilized, and he feels disconnected from the work he loves. We compare ourselves to peers, worry about falling behind, and sometimes say \u201cyes\u201d to roles that don\u2019t align with our strengths or aspirations.<\/p><p id=\"ember75\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">The result? Talented professionals end up in positions where they feel lost, frustrated, or even burned out.
