When I first launched a sales team spanning several countries across the Americas, the diversity was striking\u2014not just geographically, but generationally. Our team ranged from Canada to Argentina, and ages from 19 to 55 years old. The first months were challenging. Off-site meetings allowed the team to connect beyond screens and schedules, sharing stories and perspectives openly. Step by step, respect grew, collaboration improved, and performance climbed month to month.<\/p>
